Who are we?

We are a group of PhD Students within the University of Michigan’s Program in Biomedical Sciences with one shared common experience: all of us struggled going from smaller undergraduate schools to the large research intensive institution present at UofM.

Therefore, we are determined to bridge the gap for PhD students transitioning from smaller schools to larger institutions like the University of Michigan by providing tailored mentoring and resources, fostering a more equitable and successful academic experience.

When we build bridges, we don't just cross distances — we create pathways for others to follow.
